Current Work

A Multimodal Learning Framework for Disease Diagnosis: Leveraging Clinical and Imaging Data
Supervisor: Dr. Swakkhar Shatabda October 2024 - Present

In this ongoing project, we are developing a model to effectively handle diverse data modes—such as chest X-ray images, audio transcriptions, and eye-gaze data from the MIMIC-EYE dataset. By embedding data into grouped representations and addressing mode-specific imbalances, we optimize multiple loss functions to strengthen correlations across all data modes for each subject.
